This role offers a dual-purpose, dynamic position integrating retail sales and warehouse duties, providing daily variety. You will represent our Cairns South showroom, assisting customers with product selection to help realise their renovation or building projects. You will also provide support to the warehouse team, ensuring efficient operations and a smooth customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service within the showroom.
• Assist customers with product selection and sales inquiries.
• Accurately process sales transactions and orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
• Receive and manage incoming stock.
• Maintain warehouse organisation and safety standards.
• Support the team in achieving sales and operational targets.

About You:

• Previous experience in retail sales, warehouse operations, or a comparable hands-on role.
• Strong customer service abilities coupled with a willingness to learn.
• Physically capable and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Demonstrates reliability, proactivity, and teamwork.
• Possession of a forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
