Retail Sales Consultant - Hamilton - Full Time

Frontline Retail Regional VIC & TAS is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to join a proud family-owned store in Hamilton.

This role focuses on customer relationships and provides thoughtful advice within a welcoming environment. It is not a high-pressure sales setting. You will be part of an established team that values creating a positive customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers, building rapport, and providing exceptional service.
• Developing lasting relationships and assisting customers in finding suitable products.
• Contributing to store presentation and daily operations.
• Physically assisting with deliveries and stock movement as needed.

Salary: $55k - $65k per annum + Superannuation. Work type: Full-time. Location: Hamilton (onsite). Roster: Monday to Friday.
