Your Next Chapter

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a vital member of the retail store team and a primary point of contact for customers. Your role will involve combining customer service expertise with product knowledge to assist shoppers in finding their needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service.
• Guiding customers through the design process.
• Ensuring products are correctly priced and displayed, and maintaining store stock levels.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
• Performing general housekeeping to maintain store presentation.
• Participating in training and personal development sessions.
• Adhering to Stratco safety and other policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Becoming part of the Stratco retail family, we are looking for a person with:

• Exceptional customer service and sales skills.
• Experience within a similar environment (retail or sales).
• Availability to work full-time hours across a rotating roster.
• A willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm and energy.
• Good computer skills and eagerness to learn the Stratco design process.
• Previous design consulting or building experience is highly desirable, but not necessary. CAD skills are an advantage.
