We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable retail specialist for our Mareeba store. This role involves assisting customers across various departments, including Paint, Power Tools, and Power Garden. If you possess a willingness to learn and have strong customer service skills, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:

• Processing customer sales transactions.
• Merchandising store stock.
• Maintaining store presentation standards.
• Approaching customers proactively and engaging with them to provide expert product advice.
• Championing retail departments by identifying and implementing strategies to increase sales.
• Participating in supplier training to expand knowledge of hardware products.
• Collaborating with customers to ascertain their requirements and offer solutions, utilising product knowledge to adopt a comprehensive sales approach.
