What You Will Be Doing:

• Drive sales by cultivating robust customer relationships and delivering an outstanding showroom experience.
• Ascertain customer requirements, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences to propose considered, design-focused solutions.
• Engage confidently with walk-in customers, address concerns professionally, and convert interactions into sales.
• Uphold high showroom standards and contribute to daily store operations.

What You Will Need:

• A strong sales-driven mindset, with confidence in customer engagement and sales closure.
• High emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and the capacity to build rapport naturally.
• A genuine appreciation for design, aesthetics, and attractive spaces.
• A strong sense of ownership, a positive outlook, and a readiness to learn and develop.
• Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous, though personality, customer presence, and commercial acumen are prioritised over direct furniture experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

• Sunday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Monday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
