Sydney Tools is seeking a driven Retail Sales Specialist to join the established, high-performing team at our Albion Park Rail location. This full-time, onsite role offers comprehensive on-the-job training designed to develop you into an expert in trade tools. • Leverage Retail, Sales, or Trade Experience: While a background in retail, sales, or trades is highly desirable (though not essential!), bring your basic computer literacy to seamlessly handle everyday POS and system tasks.

What You'll Do:

• Provide Expert Advice and Drive Sales: Assist customers in-store and over the phone, offering expert product advice and actively promoting deals, promotions, and value-add product upsells.
• Master Our Sales Systems: Confidently and accurately process everyday sales transactions using our Point of Sale (POS) system to ensure a seamless checkout experience for every customer. Training will be provided.
• Maintain a Best-in-Class Store Environment: Take ownership of your workspace by maintaining excellent store presentation, executing top-tier stock merchandising, and keeping the showroom clean and organised.
• Continuously Build Your Expertise: Participate in multifaceted ongoing training programs to continuously expand your product knowledge and refine your expert sales skills.
• Enjoy a Stable Roster: Work a reliable 5/6 day fortnightly roster, including a Saturday or a Sunday weekly.
