Sydney Tools is seeking a dedicated Retail Trade Sales Specialist to join our Pakenham, VIC team. Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions for both in-store and phone orders.
• Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Address customer queries and complaints, providing effective solutions.
• Manage merchandising and maintain store displays.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

• Sales, customer service, or trade experience is valued.

Work Details:

• Location: Pakenham, VIC (onsite)
• Work Type: Full-time
• Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation
• Hours: 11-day fortnightly roster, including one rostered weekend day per week.
