Sydney Tools is seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for a full-time, onsite position at our Penrith location. The salary range is $71,000 - $85,000 plus Super.

The Role: This position involves:

• Processing over-the-counter and phone sale transactions.
• Providing accurate information regarding specific products, features, and services.
• Informing customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Addressing customer queries and complaints, offering solutions.
• Managing merchandising and store displays.
• Availability to work one weekend day per week.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

• Some form of sales, customer service, or trade experience.
• A desire to provide quality customer service.
• A track record of working to KPIs and achieving sales targets.
• The ability to work with and understand tools/power tools.
• An energetic and motivated individual looking to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
