Sydney Tools is seeking a driven Retail Sales Specialist to join the established, high-performing team at our Wagga Wagga location.

What You'll Do:

• Expert Advice and Sales Generation: Provide expert product advice to customers in-store and over the phone, actively promoting deals, promotions, and value-add upsells.
• Sales System Proficiency: Accurately process daily sales transactions using our POS system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for all customers. Training will be provided.
• Store Presentation: Maintain an excellent store environment through effective stock merchandising and keeping the showroom clean and organised.
• Continuous Development: Engage in multifaceted ongoing training programs to expand product knowledge and enhance sales expertise.
• Stable Roster: Work a reliable fortnightly roster of 5/6 days, which includes a Saturday or Sunday each week.
