Our Bowral store is seeking a skilled Sales Stylist to deliver superior service through personalised interactions and in-depth product knowledge. To support a flexible work environment, Sales Stylists are contracted for 6 hours per fortnight, with shifts scheduled according to store requirements. Currently, the Bowral store has approximately 3 to 4 shifts available weekly, typically including Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Flexibility to cover sick leave, annual leave, and store events is also expected.

Responsibilities of a Sales Stylist:

• Provide exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences and understanding customer needs.
• Demonstrate innovation, consistently seeking improved work methods.
• Act as a brand ambassador, showcasing confidence and style.
• Foster a sense of belonging and community within the team and with customers.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
