Our Tuggerah store is seeking a skilled Sales Stylist to offer exceptional service and a personalised experience, backed by comprehensive product knowledge. To accommodate a flexible work environment, Sales Stylists are engaged on a base of 6 hours per fortnight, with shifts scheduled according to store requirements. Currently, the Tuggerah store has approximately 3 to 4 shifts available weekly, typically including Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Flexibility to cover sick leave, annual leave, and store events is also required.

Sales Stylist Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, creating memorable experiences and understanding customer needs.
• Demonstrate innovation, consistently seeking improved methods of working.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Taking Shape, exhibiting confidence and style.
• Foster a sense of belonging and community among team members and customers.
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demands.
