Retail Sales Opportunity

Company: Sydney Tools Location: Bunbury, WA 6230 Work Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, with ongoing salary reviews.

Sydney Tools, a family-owned business established in 2001 and a market leader in power tool sales, is expanding its national footprint to over 95 stores. We are a core contributor to the trade and construction industry, known for reliability and uncompromising quality. Due to our continued success and growth, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our Bunbury store.

Reporting to: Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Process over-the-counter and phone sale transactions.
• Provide accurate information regarding specific products, features, and services.
• Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Address customer queries and complaints, offering solutions.
• Manage merchandising and store displays.
• Engage in regular training and development to enhance power tool knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements:

• Some form of sales, customer service, or retail experience.
• Experience in the construction or industrial trade would be highly advantageous.
• A desire to provide quality customer service.
• A track record of working to KPIs and achieving targets.
• Ability to work with and understand tools/power tools.
• An energetic and motivated individual looking to work as part of a team.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• Flexibility to work one weekend day is required.
