Golf City & Bowls City, two of Australia's leading specialist sporting retailers operating under one roof, is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team. Current Opportunities

• Store Manager / 2IC (1 Position)

We are looking for an experienced retail leader who is passionate about customer service, enjoys team leadership, and is motivated to achieve outstanding results. Experience in golf or lawn bowls is highly regarded but not essential for candidates with a strong retail management background and a willingness to learn.

• Casual Retail Team Members (2 Positions)

We are offering flexible shifts of 5–20 hours per week, with opportunities available on weekdays and weekends. This role is suitable for students, semi-retired individuals, parents returning to the workforce, or anyone seeking flexible retail hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
• Assist customers in selecting products suited to their needs.
• Process sales accurately using our point-of-sale system.
• Contribute to achieving sales targets and store performance goals.
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and merchandising.
• Receive, replenish, and organise stock.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.

About You

You will possess:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (sporting or apparel retail experience is highly regarded).
• A friendly, approachable demeanour and enjoy interacting with people.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivation, reliability, and an eagerness to learn.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in your work and the ability to maintain high presentation standards.
• Availability for a flexible roster, including some weekends.
