Ghanda Clothing is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead the team in Broome.

About Us: Originating in Torquay, VIC, in the early 2000s, Ghanda Clothing was founded with the aim of designing and distributing affordable, high-quality garments. The company has since grown to become a prominent, 100% Australian-owned and operated clothing brand with over 100 locations nationwide.

Your Role: As a Retail Store Manager, you will be directly responsible for:

• Leading, coaching, and training a team of up to 10 individuals.
• Instilling Ghanda values within your store team.
• Ensuring high standards of store presentation, adhering to visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
• Collaborating with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain optimal stock levels, maximising floor space utilisation.
• Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.

About You:

• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a style that leads from the front, empowers the team, and aligns with organisational values.
• A customer-centric approach, a strong grasp of retail fundamentals, and a serious commitment to retail operations.
• Experience in a retail or hospitality role is desirable, though not essential. Ghanda values the right attitude over experience.
