Sportsgirl Pty Ltd is seeking a Retail Store Manager for its Echuca location. This full-time, on-site role involves driving sales, overseeing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Overseeing stock management practices and executing visual merchandising standards aligned with brand direction.
• Managing store administration tasks, including payroll, banking, and roster preparation.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and training team members while fostering a positive and supportive team culture.
• Handling customer enquiries and resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures to support smooth store operations.

We are looking for a confident retail leader with previous management experience, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and know how to motivate a team to achieve results while creating an engaging in-store experience.
