Role Overview: As the Store Manager, you will be instrumental in leading a dedicated team of body piercers and retail assistants. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional piercing services and creating memorable customer experiences. Reporting to an Area Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the operational success of the store. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an existing Store Manager looking to transition brands or a Second-in-Command seeking career advancement in retail leadership.

• The desire to commence or advance their piercing skills.
• Leadership and coaching experience, with the ability to inspire a team.

• Experience in Body Piercing, Beauty, or Fashion Retail.
• A strong inclination towards creating phenomenal customer experiences.
• A commitment to adhering to processes, policies, and compliance.
• Experience with visual merchandising and stock management.
• A love for having fun.

Before You Start: Maintaining Infection Control certification (HLTINF005) is required for all Skinkandy Body Piercers prior to commencement. Skinkandy will provide assistance for those who do not currently hold this certification, enabling them to begin or continue their piercing career. This online training is essential for ensuring the safety of both staff and customers. Further details regarding this training will be provided during the interview process.

While piercing experience is highly desirable, our comprehensive training program will equip you with the necessary skills to become an accomplished body piercer. We are seeking individuals who are committed and serious about learning the craft of body piercing.
