While prior piercing experience is highly desirable, comprehensive piercing training will be provided.

As the Store Manager for our Tuggeranong location, you will hold a significant position within Skinkandy. Your role will involve leading a dedicated team of body piercers and retail assistants to deliver exceptional piercing services and memorable customer experiences. Supported by your Area Manager, you will be accountable for the overall operational success of your store.

This presents a prime opportunity for a Store Manager seeking a brand transition or an Assistant Manager ready to advance their retail leadership career. Your experience and capacity to lead and mentor your team will make your application stand out, particularly if you possess the following attributes:

• A genuine passion for the Body Piercing/Jewellery industry.
• The desire to commence or develop your piercing skills.
• Leadership and coaching experience, with the ability to inspire.
• The capacity to role model professional conduct and uphold SkinKandy values.
• Experience in Body Piercing, Beauty, or Fashion Retail.
• A passion for creating outstanding customer experiences.
• A commitment to adhering to processes, policies, and compliance.
• Experience with visual merchandising and stock management.
• A love for having fun.

Pre-Commencement Requirements: All Skinkandy Body Piercers are required to hold Maintaining Infection Control certification (HLTINF005) before starting. If you do not currently possess this, we will provide assistance to enable you to begin or continue your piercing career. This online training is essential for ensuring the safety of both yourself and our customers. Further details regarding the MIC training will be provided during the interview process.

While piercing experience is advantageous, our world-class training program will equip you with the skills to become an accomplished body piercer. Many of our current team members began their careers with us without prior experience, and we are seeking individuals who are committed and serious about learning to be a body piercer.
