• Curate denim outfits and ensure an exceptional customer shopping experience.

• Manage stock effectively, minimising loss and optimising sales.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain store presentation.
• Create efficient team rosters aligned with store demands and sales objectives.

Requirements:

• Commitment to achieving sales and KPIs while managing operational costs.
• Demonstrated retail leadership experience with a history of driving sales.
• A passion for denim and fashion, coupled with expertise in customer service.
• Capacity to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong visual merchandising experience and the ability to work from briefs.
