Just Jeans is seeking an experienced Store Manager for its Carousel location. This role involves leading and motivating a team to achieve sales targets and foster a customer-focused environment, while providing excellent service.

This is a full-time position that requires availability on weekends, during late-night trading, and on public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to achieve sales and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), cultivating a customer-centric culture.
• Style denim outfits and deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.
• Coach, train, and develop team members to maximise their potential.
• Manage stock levels, minimise loss, and optimise sales performance.
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to maintain store presentation.
• Create efficient rosters aligned with store demands and sales objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• A commitment to achieving sales and KPIs, alongside effective operational cost management.
• Demonstrated retail leadership experience with a history of driving sales.
• A passion for denim and fashion, coupled with expertise in customer service.
• The ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong visual merchandising experience and the capacity to work from briefs.
