The Reject Shop is seeking a Retail Store Manager to join its team in Karratha. This is a full-time, onsite position.

We are looking for a Retail Store Manager who leads from within the team, actively participating in the day-to-day operations. This involves working stock, executing processes, and setting clear standards through action rather than solely directing. Leadership in this role is demonstrated on the store floor. The Role: You will assume full accountability for your store and deliver practical retail excellence daily. This entails:

• Leading from the floor, not from an office.
• Working stock and executing core processes in conjunction with your team.
• Driving disciplined store standards concerning presentation, stock flow, and service.
• Managing sales, wages, and costs with commercial awareness.
• Building a capable team by establishing clear expectations.
• Consistently upholding standards and addressing performance directly.
• Guiding your team through operational changes as capability is strengthened.

This is a structured retail environment characterised by clear standards, strong execution, and shared responsibility.
