The Role

As a Store Manager at Nutrition Warehouse, your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional customer experience, directly contributing to our customers' health and fitness journeys. You will also be instrumental in developing your team's capabilities and engagement. With support from our Head Office, you will be provided with resources and coaching to manage recruitment, training, succession planning, and team culture within your store.

Performance will be driven by sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will be challenged to motivate your team to surpass these targets, while simultaneously building the Nutrition Warehouse brand and fostering local partnerships. Achievement of these goals is recognised through cash rewards.
