Smiggle is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Store Manager for its BURWOOD location. This role involves cultivating a lively and engaging store atmosphere that appeals to children and adults alike. You will lead your team with a passion for fun products, inspiring them to drive sales and share the Smiggle experience.

This full-time position requires 38 hours per week and necessitates availability for alternating weekends, late-night trading, and public holidays.

A Typical Day

• Guide your team to exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a fun, colourful, and customer-focused environment.
• Develop, train, and motivate your team to perform at their best.
• Maintain store presentation by implementing visual merchandising guidelines and executing promotional activities.
• Manage stock effectively, focusing on minimising loss to maximise sales of Smiggle's diverse product range.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for both customers and staff.
• Create rosters to ensure smooth store operations and team support during busy periods.

What You Will Bring

• Experience in leading and coaching a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
• Previous experience in a retail leadership role.
• A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
• A demonstrated ability to achieve sales and KPIs while managing stock and wage budgets.
• Visual merchandising experience is considered a significant advantage.
