Smiggle is seeking a fun-loving, enthusiastic Store Manager for its Sydney Outlet Village location. This role involves leading a team to create a vibrant and energetic store environment that appeals to children and adults alike. The successful candidate will drive sales, coach their team, and promote the Smiggle brand.

This full-time position requires availability during weekends, late-night trading hours, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while maintaining a fun, colourful, and customer-focused atmosphere.
• Train, develop, and inspire team members to perform at their best.
• Maintain store presentation by implementing visual merchandising directives and executing promotions.
• Manage stock effectively, including stock control and loss minimisation, to maximise sales.
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for customers and staff.
• Create rosters to ensure smooth store operations and team support during peak periods.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in leading and coaching a team, demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude.
• Previous retail leadership experience.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• A proven record of achieving sales and KPIs, alongside managing stock and wage budgets.
• Visual merchandising experience is a significant advantage.
