Smiggle is seeking a fun-loving, enthusiastic Store Manager for its Warriewood location. This role involves leading the team to create a colourful and energetic store environment that appeals to children and adults. The successful candidate will drive sales, coach the team, and promote the Smiggle brand.

This part-time position requires availability on weekends, during late-night trading hours, and on public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

• Lead the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a fun, colourful, and customer-focused environment.
• Train, develop, and inspire team members to perform at their best.
• Maintain store presentation by actioning visual merchandising directives and implementing promotions.
• Manage stock effectively, minimising loss to maximise sales.
• Foster a safe, happy, and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
• Create rosters to ensure smooth store operations and team support during peak trading periods.

What You Will Bring:

• Experience in leading and coaching a team with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Previous retail leadership experience.
• A passion for delivering an unforgettable customer experience.
• A proven track record of achieving sales and KPIs, alongside managing stock and wage budgets.
• Visual merchandising experience is a significant advantage.
