The primary responsibilities of the Store Manager include leading and training team members, driving sales growth, managing wage expenses through stock rotation, and delivering exceptional customer service to uphold the brand's friendly reputation.

Key duties involve:

Essential attributes for this role include:

• Previous experience in a Retail, Hospitality, or Sales industry.
• Leadership skills for mentoring and developing a team.
• Experience with stock management and merchandising.
• An understanding of sales budgets and KPIs.
• Knowledge of rosters, wage control, and people performance.
• Effective communication skills with adaptability.
• Strong customer service skills.
