The Valiram Group is seeking experienced retail leaders for the opening of a brand-new Victoria's Secret store in Carindale. This is an opportunity to join the founding leadership team for this new store.

We are recruiting for the following positions:

• Store Manager
• Back of House Manager
• Second in Charge Manager (Assistant Store Manager)

These roles offer a unique chance to be instrumental in launching a new Victoria's Secret store in Australia and to build and lead a high-performing team from the outset.

About the Roles As a member of the leadership team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving commercial success, and ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities will vary by role but include:

• Leading and motivating a high-performing retail team.
• Providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Driving sales performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Managing high-volume retail operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Leading recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance development.
• Managing labour budgets, rostering, and store productivity.
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and minimising stock loss.
• Executing visual merchandising according to Victoria's Secret brand standards.
• Fostering a positive, inclusive, and engaging team culture.
• Ensuring operational compliance and maintaining high store standards.

About You To be successful in these positions, you will possess:

• Proven leadership experience in high-volume retail or hospitality environments.
• Experience managing large teams while consistently achieving strong commercial results.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to analyse KPIs and drive performance.
• A hands-on leadership style, with excellent coaching and people development skills.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where each day presents different challenges.
• A passion for delivering premium customer experiences and representing the Victoria's Secret brand.
• Experience in fashion, beauty, department stores, or other high-volume specialty retail environments will be highly regarded.
