This full-time, onsite role involves the oversight and management of a retail store and its team. Previous experience in hospitality and retail is beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, including sales, product promotion and advertising, stock control, gelato production, and general operations management.
• Supervise and provide training to staff.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address customer inquiries and complaints.
• Monitor inventory and place orders for necessary supplies.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue, which may include price setting.
• Analyse sales data.
• Manage store budgets and financial initiatives.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organisation.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• A Diploma in Management or a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role.
• Proficient leadership and communication abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a high-paced setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year.
