• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of product and brand to provide considered, expert guidance.
• Mentor and uplift the team, encouraging confidence, collaboration, and skill-building.
• Contribute to the implementation of sales strategies that encourage growth and support operational success.
• Build trust and rapport with customers through attentive, considered engagement and thoughtful responses.
• Oversee inventory and ensure the boutique is beautifully stocked and presented.
• Uphold policies and procedures, fostering alignment with the brand spirit and culture.
