About the Role

As a Retail Store Team Member at our Canberra store, you will contribute to the Lindt Chocolate Shops by:

• Building meaningful relationships with customers through a unique Lindt experience.
• Preparing customer beverage orders at the chocolate bar.
• Educating and informing customers about Lindt Chocolate products with passion and in-depth knowledge.
• Acting as a Lindt ambassador and delivering exceptional customer service.

We are looking for individuals who:

• Love Lindt Chocolate.
• Have previous experience in a fast-paced café or retail environment.
• Are dedicated to their work and can discuss chocolate knowledgeably.
• Possess a passion for excellence and can provide every customer with a unique Lindt experience.
• Have previous barista experience, which is desirable.
• Are flexible to work hours that suit fluctuating business needs, including weekends.
