NorthPharm Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Supervisor to join our team in Broome. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $70,000 – $80,000 per year plus Superannuation.

About the Role The Retail Supervisor will oversee daily retail operations, uphold exceptional customer service, manage staff performance, and ensure effective stock management and merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service and quality products.
• Address customer enquiries and resolve complaints concerning products and services.
• Plan and prepare staff rosters and assign duties to team members.
• Supervise, train, and support retail staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Assist with staff recruitment, induction, performance evaluation, and development.
• Provide guidance to staff in managing challenging customer service and sales situations.
• Handle returned products and determine appropriate resolutions according to company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stocktakes, and order stock as needed.
• Ensure products are accurately priced, labelled, and displayed to maximise sales opportunities.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
• Enforce workplace health and safety policies, security procedures, and company operational standards.
• Monitor daily store operations and contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets.

Skills and Experience To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory or retail management role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in staff supervision, training, and performance management.
• Experience with stock control, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail operations.
