Urban Rampage, part of Coral Coast Distributors, is seeking a motivated Retail Supervisor for its Gove location. Coral Coast Distributors is an Australian-owned business operating retail stores across regional Western Australia and the Northern Territory, serving as vital community hubs for affordable household goods, furniture, bedding, electrical products, camping equipment, clothing, and everyday essentials.

Position: Retail Supervisor Work Type: Full-time Location: Gove, Northern Territory (Onsite) Salary: $74,000 – $80,000 per year, plus Superannuation and Performance Bonus.

About the Role: As a Retail Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the Gove store. This includes leading a small team, driving sales, ensuring superior customer service, and maintaining high merchandising standards to create a positive shopping environment. You will collaborate with senior management to support business growth and enhance store performance.

• Leadership:
• Lead and inspire a small retail team.
• Coach and develop team members.

• Store Operations:
• Manage daily store activities.
• Customer Service:
• Deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Develop lasting customer relationships.
• Professionally address customer inquiries.
• Sales & Merchandising:
• Achieve sales targets.
• Maintain appealing product displays.
• Ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
• Implement promotional displays.
• Inventory Management:
• Process incoming stock.
• Maintain stock accuracy.
• Conduct stocktakes.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs.
• Administration:
• Handle cash and banking.
• Operate EFTPOS and POS systems.
• Perform daily reconciliations.
• Manage email and telephone inquiries.
• Undertake general administrative tasks.

About You: The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for customer service.
• Proficiency with computers.
• High attention to detail.
• Strong organisational skills.
• The ability to work independently.
• Experience in furniture, bedding, electrical, hardware, or general retail will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Essential Requirements:

• Current Driver Licence.
• National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain one).
