Company: Urban Rampage Location: Nhulunbuy (Gove), Northern Territory Work Type: Part-time Hours: 20–30 hours per week Salary: $30.00–$35.00 per hour + Super + Monthly Performance Bonus. This equates to approximately $31,200–$54,600 per year (plus Super), contingent on agreed hours, experience, and availability.

Urban Rampage is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Retail Supervisor to become part of our expanding team in Nhulunbuy.

This position provides guaranteed weekday hours with the potential to increase your working hours based on business expansion, seasonal demand, and your availability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise retail operations.
• Manage team performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with stock management and merchandising.
• Handle daily transactions and cash management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a retail supervisory role is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
