About the Role: This position offers an opportunity to demonstrate emerging leadership skills, particularly in creating appealing and stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers and sharing this knowledge with the team. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Demonstrate and enforce a safety culture for personal safety, and that of teammates and customers.
• Prior experience working in large format retail stores, with a focus on displays, planograms, and promotions, is required.
• Possess multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Exhibit leadership abilities (emerging or established) and ambition.
• Availability to work a Tuesday to Saturday roster is required.
• Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time to time.
• A passion for the automotive industry and Repco products is ideal.
• Note: This role will require lifting, bending, and climbing.
