Associated Retailers Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Full Time and Casual Retail Team Members to join the SportsPower Swan Hill team.

About the Roles These are hands-on retail positions offering variety each day. You will collaborate with a supportive team to assist customers, maintain excellent store presentation, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for individuals, families, sporting clubs, and the broader community.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Greeting and assisting customers with friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Providing advice on footwear fitting and sizing.
• Assisting customers with sporting equipment, footwear, and apparel across various sporting categories.
• Recommending products that best suit customer needs.
• Accurately processing sales transactions through the point of sale system.
• Replenishing stock, merchandising displays, and ticketing products.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store.
• Supporting catalogue launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
• Assisting with online order fulfilment and Click & Collect orders.
• Collaborating with your team to achieve sales and customer service objectives.

We Are Currently Seeking:

• Full Time Retail Team Members: Seeking a stable role with a flexible roster that supports a healthy work-life balance while meeting business requirements.
• Casual Retail Team Members: Requiring flexible availability, including weekends, school holidays, and peak trading periods.
