Luxottica Retail Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a part-time Retail Team Member to join our team at OPSM in Port Macquarie.

No prior optical experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you can deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers and ensuring they receive an exceptional experience.
• Processing specialised customer orders.
• Driving sales by informing customers about our luxury and cutting-edge products.
• Contributing to a positive and enjoyable team culture.

About You:

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is desirable.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated with a drive to achieve targets.
• Thrives in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
