Job Description

As a Retail Team Member, you will contribute to and support a high-performance culture, ensuring an excellent customer experience across the store. This includes:

• Providing assistance in various store areas, from customer-facing roles to back-of-house operations.
• Maintaining high customer service standards throughout the sales process, including pre-sale, during sale, and post-sale interactions.
• Enhancing the JB Hi-Fi brand and store atmosphere through product merchandising on the sales floor.
• Supporting the efficient delivery and processing of stock into the store, adhering to receiving procedures.

Qualifications

• A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances, and/or games.
• Enthusiasm, passion, and high motivation.
• A customer-focused and results-driven approach.
• The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
