Sydney Tools is seeking a dedicated Retail Trade Sales Specialist to join the team at our new Mornington, VIC store. This full-time, onsite position offers a salary of $70,000 - $85,000 plus Superannuation, with ongoing performance-based salary reviews.

We are looking for individuals with sales experience, a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, a trades background, and a keen desire to learn. Tradies looking to transition from hands-on tool use are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process over-the-counter and phone sales transactions.
• Inform customers about current promotions and special offers.
• Address customer queries and complaints, providing solutions.
• Manage merchandising and store displays.
• Participate in regular training and development to enhance power tool knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Sales, customer service, or trade experience is desirable.
• A desire to achieve individual and store goals.
• A genuine interest in tools and power tools.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations.
• A winning attitude and a desire to succeed and grow professionally.
• Valid working rights in Australia are essential.
