This support is facilitated through the acquisition and management of rights and interests in land and water country.

The Role This position contributes to enhancing the ILSC’s risk maturity. It involves ensuring systems align with strategic objectives, supporting the development and ongoing improvement of risk frameworks, and fostering a risk management culture across the Group.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and report on risks.
  • Assist in the preparation of clear, accurate, and insightful risk reports for Executive Management and the Audit and Risk Committee to inform decision-making.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to support audit activities, including scoping, information gathering, action tracking, and contributing to continuous improvement outcomes.
  • Provide clear, timely, and accurate information to facilitate effective communication and decision-making across the business.

What the ILSC Offers More than a job, this is an opportunity to make a tangible, positive impact on the lives of First Nations peoples. By facilitating the return of land and water country to Indigenous ownership, or funding Indigenous enterprises and management projects, the ILSC strengthens Indigenous connection to Country and advances self-determination.
