Roaming Client Service Officer

Audika is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Roaming Client Service Officer. Audika is part of Demant, a global leader in hearing healthcare, dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with hearing loss. With over 350 clinics across Australia, Audika is committed to prioritising hearing care and enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Role Overview This is a permanent, full-time position based in Sydney's North West. The role involves 50% of your time spent in your designated base clinic and at least 50% dedicated to travelling and supporting other Audika Hearing clinics throughout the NSW region. This pivotal role contributes to clinic performance and elevates the customer experience. We are looking for a compassionate, process-oriented, and purpose-driven individual with exceptional organisational and customer service skills to assist more people in accessing better hearing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Clinicians and Hearing Technicians to ensure quality hearing healthcare outcomes for all clients.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of Audika's products, services, competitive advantages, and government funding programs.
  • Apply tailored client-specific sales strategies to provide optimal solutions.

Requirements for Success

  • Previous sales and customer service experience in one of the following: retail, hearing care services, pharmacy, or allied health.
  • Experience working with an older demographic is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and empathy for clients.
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or TAFE Qualification.
  • Computer literacy skills.

Work Details

  • Work Type: Full-time
  • Location: Parramatta (base clinic in Sydney North West)
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (no weekends)
  • Work Setting: Onsite
