Cyrus Rugs, Australia’s premier rug retailer since 1988, is seeking a Sales Associate for its Rockhampton store. Having grown from a family business to a network of 22 stores across QLD and Northern NSW, Cyrus Rugs is looking for an individual committed to customer engagement and business growth.

About the Role:

This position involves:

• Delivering customer service that upholds the brand’s reputation.
• Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive store atmosphere.
• Processing transactions and managing store operations using POS systems.
• Taking responsibility for opening and closing the store.

About You:

• Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years in sales or retail is required.
• Skills: Strong communication, excellent presentation, and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Requirements: A valid Driver’s License is mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience in homeware sales or a similar field is preferred but not essential.
