Salary: $40-$44 per hour Location: North Ryde

This purpose-built, nature-inspired early childhood service in North Ryde is seeking a Diploma Room Leader. The centre is highly respected, features excellent resources and abundant natural light, and fosters an environment that prioritises listening to children's voices and adapting to their needs. You will be part of a team with a supportive management structure and a Bachelor-qualified educator owner, offering access to professional development and mentorship.

This role offers industry-leading conditions, low staff turnover, and high employee engagement. As Room Leader, you will be integral to programming, maintaining quality standards, and mentoring staff, with defined pathways for career advancement.

Who You Will Be: You possess a passion for early childhood education and a solid understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standard (NQS). Qualifications:

• Diploma or Certificate 3 qualification
• Valid Working With Children Check
• Full Australian Working Rights
