Wesley Mission Queensland is seeking a Rostering Coordinator Support to join their team in Chermside. This full-time, hybrid role offers a salary of $37.67 per hour.

Your Role Reporting to the Central Rostering Team Leader, you will provide essential administrative and rostering support to the Central Rostering team. Your work will contribute to ensuring our Residential Aged Care services are appropriately staffed. This position also involves providing relief coverage for Rostering Coordinators during periods of planned and unplanned leave, offering a varied and rewarding opportunity for individuals who thrive on managing multiple priorities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous rostering or workforce scheduling experience is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate rosters with minimal supervision while adhering to tight deadlines.
  • Experience working within health, aged care, or disability services is highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of, or the ability to quickly learn, Aged Care, NDIS, Fair Work legislation, and Enterprise Agreements relevant to workforce rostering.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Experience using AlayaCare, CRM, or similar rostering systems will be highly regarded.
  • A flexible approach with a willingness to participate in ongoing learning and development.

Essential Requirements

  • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
  • Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ Limited policy.
  • A current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work.
