We are seeking a dependable and proactive Warehouse and Logistics Assistant to contribute to our SA team. This practical role involves ensuring the precise movement of stock and materials, alongside maintaining a tidy and organised warehouse. The successful applicant will also have opportunities to engage in staging, preparing the build room, providing project support, and contributing to general business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receipt of incoming stock and allocation to orders.
• Picking of stock for orders and coordination of deliveries.
• Organising the shipment of stock.
• Forward planning and management of stock movements and storage.
• Proactive monitoring of consumable stock levels.
• Operation of a reach stacker.
• Participation in stock take counts.
• Processing of returned stock.
• Ad hoc warehouse and logistics duties.

As a Warehouse & Logistics Assistant within our SA team, you will approach your tasks and interactions with colleagues positively, readily taking the initiative to complete assignments. You will bring a hands-on approach to the role and the business, complemented by previous warehouse experience, a systematic work method, the capacity to safely lift and move equipment adhering to manual handling practices, keen attention to detail, and excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong PC skills are essential, and experience with an ERP system will be advantageous.
