Sales Advisor - 12 Hours

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, your primary role is to deliver an outstanding customer experience that supports the store's sales and profitability. You will consistently prioritise customers, offer assistance, and share your expertise in products and fashion. Your efforts will contribute to an accessible shopping environment through efficient store operations and diligent garment care. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and skills to foster a positive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Organise, present, and merchandise garments to maximise sales potential.
• Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stock room.
• Open, unpack, and label new merchandise, applying security tags.
• Process customer purchases and returns at the register.

Qualifications: We are seeking individuals with:

• Experience in customer service within fashion, retail, or related fields.
• A passion for fashion and providing an exceptional in-store experience, promoting products and driving sales.
• The ability to thrive in collaborative and dynamic settings.
• Strong communication skills, creativity, curiosity regarding store technology, and a significant eagerness to learn and develop.
• Flexibility and an action-oriented approach.
