Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Sales Assistant for our Bankstown store. This casual role is integral to delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales team in achieving store objectives. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will combine a dedication to customer service with organizational skills to foster a positive shopping experience and contribute to the store's success.

• Provide exceptional customer service by offering informed product advice and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and enthusiasm.
• Support the sales team in meeting store sales targets and performance goals through active engagement and collaborative efforts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment that aligns with brand standards and enhances the customer experience.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, inventory control, and product displays to ensure efficient store operations.
• Accurately process customer transactions using point-of-sale systems and handle cash with precision and integrity.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety practices, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer concerns and assist colleagues in delivering outstanding service.
• Effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail setting while maintaining attention to detail and prioritizing customer needs.
