About the Role This is a full-time opportunity for a Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. You will provide support to our existing team and our customer base. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role emphasises delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the achievement of store targets.

What You Will Do

• Provide exceptional customer service and product advice.
• Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.

About You You are practical, customer-oriented, and keen to learn. Leadership is identified as an area for growth, and you are prepared to develop your skills while supporting the team.

You will also bring:

• A strong work ethic and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred).
• A genuine passion for assisting customers.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within the business.
