Happytel Retail Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Smartphone Specialist/Sales Assistant for its Booragoon location. Happytel is a global leader in mobile device accessories and repairs, with over 30 years of experience and more than 50 stores across Australia and New Zealand.

Position Details:

• Role: Casual Smartphone Specialist (Repair training will be provided)
• Wage: $34.76 per hour (inclusive of casual loading; junior rates apply)
• Location: K51 Westfield Booragoon, 125 Riseley Street, Booragoon, WA 6154
• Work Type: Casual
• Onsite/Remote: Onsite

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive training to provide basic smartphone repair services and assist customers in identifying device issues and needs.
• Deliver a memorable shopping experience by offering expert guidance and tailored solutions.
• Demonstrate to customers how to maximise their device's features.
• Collaborate with the store manager to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Efficiently process orders, both in person and over the phone, using strong point-of-sale (POS) skills to facilitate timely deliveries and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an attractive and organised store layout through effective visual merchandising.

Requirements:

• A genuine desire to excel in delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets.
• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced retail environment and work collaboratively with colleagues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer engagement.
• A dedicated work ethic, ensuring consistency and commitment to the role.
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
