Casphone IT Repairs is looking for a Sales Assistant / IT Technician to join their Toowoomba team at Grand Central Shopping Centre. This is a part-time, onsite role.

The successful candidate will be a motivated, customer-focused, and sales-driven individual with experience in similar industries. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting management in achieving and exceeding goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Address and resolve customer complaints and staff issues.
• Manage and control stock, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely order completion.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A passion for sales.
• An understanding of retail operations.
• Eagerness to learn new skills and apply them promptly.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
