Anaconda Group Pty Ltd is seeking a casual, on-site Sales Assistant for our Moore Park location.

About the Role:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assembling bicycles for both shop floor displays and customer purchases.
• Undertaking repairs and troubleshooting for E-Scooters.
• Performing tube replacements and general bicycle servicing.
• Maintaining a clean and safe Bicycle Workshop.
• Assisting customers with product choices and providing advice specific to departments.
• Ensuring the store remains clean, organised, and inviting for all visitors.
• Collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
• Providing support across various store departments as needed.

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a focus on customer service to join Anaconda.

Requirements:

• A positive outlook and a genuine interest in our products.
• Effective communication abilities and a welcoming demeanour.
• Capacity to work within a fast-paced retail setting.
• Availability for flexible shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.
