This role is situated within our boutique located at The Strand Arcade, Sydney CBD. About the Role As a Sales Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing a personalised styling experience and contributing to the boutique's achievement of sales and service excellence. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, assisting them in selecting pieces for significant life events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience from initial contact through to post-purchase follow-up.
• Cultivate meaningful and enduring client relationships through styling appointments and proactive engagement.
• Meet individual and boutique sales targets, while contributing to overall team success.
• Maintain the boutique's pristine presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with stock management, replenishment, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the broader retail team to uphold RACHEL GILBERT brand standards.

About You:

• Previous experience within the luxury, premium fashion, or high-end retail sectors.
• An innate ability to connect with individuals and create memorable client interactions.
• Strong confidence in styling, with a keen eye for detail.
• A sales-driven approach with a genuine desire to achieve results.
• Professional, polished, and proactive demeanour.
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced boutique environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational capabilities.

Availability Requirements: This position requires approximately 20–30 hours per week, distributed across four to five days. Applicants must be available to work either:

• Both Saturday and Sunday, or
• One weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday).

Flexibility to work additional hours during collection launches, events, and peak trading periods is highly regarded.
